Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits

Medical Insurance - Employees have a choice of many different health insurance plans - a Point of Service plan (POS) or HMO Plan. These plans are administered through Anthem Blue Cross. Under the HMO, all of your care is coordinated by a primary care physician with most services covered at 100% after a copayment. Under the POS plan, there are two tiers of coverage to choose from. Your out-of-pocket costs will vary based on the tier you use. Premiums vary based on the plan selected.

Vision Plan - This plan covers routine eye exams and vision hardware (i.e., frames, lenses, and contact lenses).

Dental Insurance - The dental plan features a network of more than 500 dentists. The plan allows the option of seeing a network dentist or obtaining care through another dental provider.
