COVID-19 TESTING INFORMATION

Mariposa County has three (3) FREE COVID-19 Testing Sites, all sites are sponsored and funded by the State of California, Office of Emergency Services, and run by OptumServe.
NOTE: Effective April 4, 2022, all three (3) FREE testing sites in Mariposa County (listed below) will offer Antigen (Rapid) Testing, in addition to PCR testing!
Park & Ride parking lot, behind Rite Aid located at 4994 Joe Howard Street, Mariposa, CA 95338, open Tuesdays through Saturdays 10 am - 2 pm (closed 2-3 pm for lunch) and 3-6 pm. PCR Testing is available during all open hours.
NOTE: No Antigen (Rapid) Testing available at this site from 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm and after 5:00 pm.
Yosemite Medical Clinic (YMC) through LHI at the West end of YMC at 9000 Ahwahnee Dr., Yosemite Valley, CA 95389, open Mondays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm & 3:00 - 6:00 pm.
Yosemite Medical Clinic also performs COVID testing for symptomatic individuals Monday through Friday (fee associated with clinic visit).
Curry Village Wellness Center at 8324 Sierra Circle, Yosemite Valley, CA 95389, open Thursdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm & 3:00 - 6:00 pm.
