Effective December 5th, our Northside Clinic will be open on Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, instead of Mondays.

Lab draws are available from 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM on a walk-in basis. We will be closed Monday-Wednesday, Friday and all major holidays.

For care during the rest of the week, we encourage you to schedule a Telehealth visit. If you need assistance outside of Thursday, call our Northside Clinic number — it will be forwarded to our Fremont Family location, where we will arrange a Telehealth appointment with Lisa or any of our available providers.
