Volunteers
Making a Difference
Every organization needs the help of volunteers and JCFHD is no exception.
The Blue Ladies
The John C. Fremont Hospital Volunteers (affectionately known as the Blue Ladies) provide personal services for our patients and residents, as well as support the District through various fund raising activities. They are well known for their craft sales.
Hospice Volunteers - "Friends of Hospice"
Hospice volunteers work closely with our staff, Hospice patients and their family. They can provide respite care, help in clerical areas, and fund raising, etc. They receive on-going education and Hospice training. For further information about Friends of Hospice

Skilled Nursing Volunteers
Working under our Activities Director, helping our residents with recreational activities. Reading, writing letters, playing games, making crafts, or working in the garden. These are just a few ways they help.
