Status: Full Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay: Exempt - Based on Experience
Work Location: Onsite in Mariposa, CA / Some travel required

Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited LVN program
• Current California LVN license and BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in outpatient or primary care
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
• Coursework in healthcare management or supervision preferred
• Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
The Clinical Supervisor (LVN) oversees the daily clinical operations of our Rural Health Clinics. This leadership role includes direct supervision of Medical Assistants (MAs) and LVNs, managing clinic workflows, ensuring quality patient care, supporting providers, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates closely with front office leadership and reports directly to the Director of Rural Health Clinics.
