Pay: $135,000 - $149,000

Minimum Qualifications:
•Minimum of five (5) years RN experience, including at least two (2) years in acute care (Emergency Department, telemetry, or similar setting).
•Minimum of one (1) year recent Charge Nurse or supervisory/management experience.
•Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with seven (7) years’ RN experience in specialty area considered in lieu of BSN
•Current California RN license – required
•Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale, and MICN required
•National specialty certification – preferred
Interim Clinical Supervisor to oversee nursing operations in our Emergency Department / Acute Care units. The Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring safe, high-quality patient care while serving as a resource, mentor, and role model for staff. This position requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and interpersonal skills, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, staff support, and regulatory compliance
