Position Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll work under the direction of licensed nursing staff to provide direct care and support to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor and report health changes, and ensure each patient receives compassionate, respectful, and professional care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide bedside care including bathing, feeding, and assisting patients.
Accurately measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
Support patients in rehabilitation activities.
Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
Monitor for changes in patient condition and promptly report to nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and patient rights.
Operate and maintain hospital equipment safely.
Contribute to care planning and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program.
Current California CNA certification.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Wage Range: Based on union placement within the listed wage range
Shift Differentials: Additional pay for evening and night shifts.
