Department: Rural Health Clinics
Status: Full Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay: Exempt - Based on Experience
Work Location: Onsite in Mariposa, CA / Some travel required

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a medical office
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
• Coursework in healthcare management or supervision preferred
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
Clinic Operations Supervisor to oversee front office operations, referral coordination, and administrative support for our Rural Health Clinics.
